Because both Terrafin and Boomer sound very much alike. We know Freddie Winston voices both Terrafin and Boomer in the Spyro's Adventure game but in the Spyro's Adventure Commercials and the Giants, they were not voiced by Freddie Winston. But it's still questionable if Boomer really is voiced by Joey Camen and Chris Williams or he's got a different voice actor who sounds familiar. Well, there are some Skylanders that share the same voice actor like Kevin Michael Richardson (Stump Smash and Tree Rex) and Fred Tatasciore (Slam Bam, Warnado and Zook)
