Baked Banana with Cinnamon, Honey, Rum & Raisins (Chinese Dessert Recipe) Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes. Ingredients: 1 Tsp cinnamon powder 2 Bananas 20g Raisins 50ml Rum 20ml Honey Method: 1. Soak the raisins in the rum for 1 hour. 2. Cut off both ends of the bananas. 3. Peel off half of the skin. 4. Brush honey on the bananas. 5. Make a cut along the length of each banana. 6. Place the raisins between the two halves. 7. Sprinkle cinnamon powder over each banana. 8. Place in an ovenproof dish. 9. Place into a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. 10. Remove from oven onto a dish. 11. Serve with ice cream or pancakes.
