Learn how to cook Chinese asparagus & egg stir-fry its a good & healthy vegetarian recipe. Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei and my goal is to make your cooking simple and exciting. Ever since my Mother showed me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia, in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and learn new Chinese recipes. Ingredients: 250g Asparagus 4 Eggs 3 Cloves Garlic 5g Ginger 1Tsp White Wine Vinegar Salt to Taste Method: Finely chop the garlic & ginger Cut the asparagus into about 2cm in lengths Break the eggs into a bowl & beat well Heat 1 Tbsp oil until smoking hot Add the eggs & stir-fry for 2 minutes until set, then remove Heat 1 Tbsp oil in the same wok Add the garlic & ginger, fry for few seconds Add the asparagus & stir-fry for 2 minutes Add the egg back into the wok, add the white wine vinegar, stir fry for a minute Add a pinch of salt & stir fry for few seconds Transfer to a dish, serve & enjoy Thanks for watching, if you would like my latest recipes, you can subscribe, its free, and you'll be kept up-to-date with all my Asian recipes: http://www.youtube.com/c/XiaosKitchen...
