Chinese Egg Noodle Salad (Chinese Style Recipe) Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and learn new Asian/Chinese recipes. Ingredients: Half Cucumber 2 Tomatoes 1 Red Onion 1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 100g Egg Noodles 150g Smoked Bacon 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil 1 Tsp Malt Vinegar Small Bunch Coriander 2 Cloves Garlic Salt to Taste Method: Thinly slice the red onion and tomatoes Chop the cucumber into thin threats Place chopped ingredients in a mixing bowl Finely chop the garlic Roughly chop the coriander Place them both in the mixing bowl Chop the bacon into thin threads Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a frying pan Add the bacon to the pan Fry for 5 minutes until golden and crispy Remove from the pan onto a dish to cool Boil 1 litre of water in a pan Add the noodles and boil for 5 to 10 minutes until soft – the length of boiling time can vary depending on the type of noodles Remove from the pan into a colander and drain Place noodle under cold running water for 2 minutes and drain Add salt to your taste into the mixing bowl Add sesame oil, vinegar and bacon to the salads Mix all ingredients together Add the cooked noodles & soy sauce Mix all ingredients together Transfer to a dish and serve Thanks for watching, if you would like my latest recipes, you can subscribe, its free, and you'll be kept up-to-date with all my Asian recipes: http://www.youtube.com/c/XiaosKitchen...
