Chinese Leek Omelette Recipe (Chinese Style Cooking Recipe) Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes. Ingredients: 2 Leeks 4 Eggs ½ Tsp Ground White Pepper Salt to Taste Method: 1. Slice the leeks thinly. 2. Break the eggs into a mixing bowl. 3. Add the leeks, ground white pepper and salt. 4. Mix all ingredients together until egg becomes light. 5. Heat 2 Tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan. 6. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for 1 - 2 minute each side. 7.
