Chinese Pork & Mushroom Burgers (Chinese Style Recipe) Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei and my goal is to make your cooking simple and exciting. Ever since my Mother showed me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia, in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and learn new Chinese recipes. Ingredients: 300g Minced Pork 75g Mushrooms 1 Onion 2g Light Soy Sauce 1g Sesame Oil 2g Sugar 1 Tbsp White Pepper 1 Tbsp Cornflour Salt to Taste Method: 1. Roughly chop the onion and mushrooms 2. Place the onion and mushroom into a food processor and process till fine 3. Place pork in a mixing bowl 4. Add the onion & mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornflour, sugar, white pepper. Mix well 5. Take a spoonful of the mixture into your hand, roll into a ball and place onto a dish 6. Repeat with the remaining mixture 7. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in the frying pan on medium-low heat 8. Flatten each of the meatballs in your hands, place onto the frying pan 9. Repeat this with rest of the meatballs 10. Fry for 5 minutes each side until cooked 11.
