Mushroom Chow Mein Stir Fry Recipe (Chinese Vegetarian Recipe) Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and learn new Asian/Chinese recipes. Ingredients: 100g Egg Noodles 50g Mushrooms 3 Cloves Garlic 5g Ginger 2 Spring Onions 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 Tsp Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine 50ml Chicken or Vegetable Stock Salt To Taste Method: 1. Finely chop the garlic and ginger 2. Cut spring onion into 1 inch in length 3. Thinly slice the mushrooms 4. Boil 800ml of water in saucepan 5. Place noodles into the saucepan and boil for 3 minutes, remove and drain 6. Heat 1Tbsp oil in a wok 7. Add garlic, ginger and half of the spring onions, fry for a few seconds 8. Add the mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes 9. Add the noodles, soy sauce, cooking wine and stock, stir-fry for 2 minutes 10. Add salt, sesame oil, the remaining spring onions and stir 11.
