Pork & Cabbage Meatballs (Chinese Style Cooking Recipe) Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes. Ingredients: 500g Minced Pork 150g Cabbage 350g Fine Cornmeal 3 Spring Onions 20g Ginger 1 Tsp Ground Red Pepper 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp Oil Salt to Taste Method: Roughly chop the cabbage Finely chop the spring onions Finely chop the ginger Place pork in a mixing bowl Add the chopped spring onions and ginger Add the red pepper, soy sauce and oil Add salt then mix Blanch the chopped cabbage for a minute Remove & place under cold water for 2 minutes Then blend the cabbage finely Squeeze out excess water Before adding it to the pork mixture Then mix ingredients well Roll about 2 Tbsp of mixture into a ball Cover with the cornmeal and squeeze firmly Repeat the process until completely covered and dry Place the balls in a steamer Leave a 1cm gap between each ball Steam for about 25 to 30 minutes Then remove and serve If you would like my latest recipes, you can subscribe, its free, and you'll be kept up-to-date with all my Asian dishes: http://www.youtube.com/c/XiaosKitchen...
