Pork & Vegetable Stir-Fry Recipe (Chinese Style Cooking Recipe) Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes. A good balance of protein and vitamin dish. Ingredients: 250g pork fillet 1 courgette 3 cloves garlic 0.5cm ginger 2 spring onions 1 egg white 2 Tbsp dark soy sauce 2 Tbsp cornflour Method: Peel and chop the garlic Chop the ginger Chop the spring onions Place them on a dish for later Slice the courgette into half a centimetre thick slices Place on a dish for later Slice the pork fillet into thin slices Place in a mixing bowl Add the egg white, soy sauce and cornflour into the mixing bowl Mix until the meat is evenly coated Leave to stand for 10 minutes Heat 1 pint of oil in the wok till hot Slowly place the pork into the hot oil Stir continuously to separate the meat pieces Fry for 1 to 2 minutes Remove from oil and drain Place the courgette into the same oil Fry for half a minute Remove from oil and drain Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok Add the garlic, ginger and spring onions Fry for few seconds Add the pork and fry for 2 minutes Add courgette and fry for half a minute Add salt to taste Transfer to a dish, serve and enjoy If you would like my latest recipes, you can subscribe, its free, and you'll be kept up-to-date with all my Asian dishes: http://www.youtube.com/c/XiaosKitchen...
