Spicy Chinese Bread (Bing) Rolls (Chinese Style Cooking Recipe) Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes. Ingredients: 300g Plain Flour 5g Yeast 5g Sugar 140ml Lukewarm Water 3 Tbsp Chilli Oil 50g Chives (or Garlic Chives) ½ Tsp Sesame Seeds Salt To Taste Method: 1. Finely chop the chives 2. Place flour, sugar and yeast in a large bowl 3. Gradually add the water and mix into a dough 4. Knead into a smooth dough, cover and to leave to rise till doubled in size 5. Knead the dough again into a smooth and soft dough and place onto flour dusted work surface 6. Use a rolling pin, roll the dough into about ½cm thin rectangle sheet 7. Pour the chilli oil and brush evenly all over the sheet 8. Sprinkle salt and 2/3 0f the chives evenly 9. Fold and roll from the long side of the dough to the end 10.Cut into 12 equal size pieces 11.Place 2 Tbsp oil in the frying pan and brush evenly all over the pan 12.Place the bread dough into the pan, brush with oil to the top 13.Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 6 minutes, turn to another side halfway through the cooking 14.Remove the cover, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, sesame seeds and the remaining chives, cook for further 2 minutes 15.Place onto a dish, serve with stir-fry, stew or soup Thanks for watching, if you would like my latest recipes, you can subscribe, its free, and you'll be kept up-to-date with all my Asian recipes: http://www.youtube.com/c/XiaosKitchen...
