Stir-Fry Pork & Asparagus Recipe (Chinese Style Cooking Recipe) Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes. Ingredients: 250g Asparagus 100g Pork Fillet 3 Cloves Garlic 5g Ginger 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine 1 Tsp Sesame Oil Salt to Taste Method: 1. Finely chop the garlic & ginger 2. Cut the asparagus into 1-inch pieces 3. Thinly slice the pork 4. Place the pork in a bowl 5. Add a pinch of salt & the cooking wine 6. Then mix well and leave to marinate for 10 minutes 7. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in the wok 8. Add the garlic & ginger, then fry for few seconds 9. Add the pork & stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes on high heat 10. Add the asparagus, stir-fry for 2 minutes 11. Add a pinch of salt & stir-fry for few seconds 12. Add sesame oil & stir 13.
