Strawberry Cheese Cup Recipe (Chinese Style Cooking Recipe) Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes. Ingredients: 10 Strawberries 200g White Chocolate 250g Soft Cheese 40g Icing Sugar 1 Lemon 2 Digestive Biscuits 5ml Vanilla Extract Method: 1. Break the digestive biscuits into crumbs 2. Place white chocolate into a glass bowl and melt it over boiling water 3. Cut the stems off each strawberry 4. Cut the middle out of each strawberry to create strawberry cups 5. Dip the bottom part of each strawberry cup into melt white chocolate 6. Place chocolate side up onto a dish 7. Place the soft cheese into a mixing bowl, add icing sugar, vanilla assents and lemon juice 8. Mix the contents until soft and fluffy 9. Pipe the cream mixture into the strawberry cups 10.
