Chinese Stir Fried Green Peppercorn & Prawn Recipe (Chinese Stir Fry Recipe) Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes. The sweetness of the prawns, the spiciness of the green peppercorn and chillies, and the crunchiness of the Chinese cabbage. what a flirtation! Ingredients: 1 large cabbage 500g of prawns, 4 garlic 2 slices of ginger 1 teaspoon green peppercorn 3 red and 2 green chilli peppers Method: Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces Chop the garlic Chop the ginger De-seed the peppers, then roughly chopped Place the garlic, ginger and pepper onto a dish for later Now I ready for the cooking Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok Add the prawns, fry till they are pink Remove from heat and place on a dish for later Use the same wok…. fry cabbage for a minute Remove from heat and place on a dish Heat 1 tablespoon of oil Add in peppercorn…. fry for few seconds Add the garlic… ginger….. and chilli peppers Fry for few seconds Add prawns….. give it a quick stir Add the cabbage, Stir fry for half a minute Add salt to your taste Empty the contents onto a dish and serve If you would like my latest recipes, you can subscribe, its free, and you'll be kept up-to-date with all my Asian dishes: http://www.youtube.com/c/XiaosKitchen...
