Stir Fry Potato & Carrot Recipe (Chinese Vegetarian Recipe) Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes. Another one of my favourite vegetarian dish with it's sweet and savoury taste. serve with a rice dish or just on its own. Ingredients: 4 potatoes 2 carrots 3 cloves garlic 1cm ginger root ½ Tsp ground red pepper 1 spring onion 1 Tbsp sugar 2 Tbsp soy sauce Method: Chop the garlic Chop the ginger And the spring onions Slice carrots into thin slices Thinly slice the potatoes Heat 1 litre of oil in a wok Add potatoes & carrots Deep fry for 3 minutes Remove & drain Heat 1 Tbsp oil in the wok Add the ginger, garlic, spring onions & ground red pepper Fry for few seconds Add the potatoes & carrots Add soy sauce & sugar Add salt to your taste Stir-fry for a minute Transfer to a dish and serve If you would like my latest recipes, you can subscribe, its free, and you'll be kept up-to-date with all my Asian dishes: http://www.youtube.com/c/XiaosKitchen...
