Believe it or not, Cool Croc was one of my earliest creations dating back 2009 on Deviantart: http://blackrhinoranger.deviantart.co... He was originally made with powers similar to Ice Man from Marvel and Killer Frost from DC. However, I thought of a brand new ability for him. He can shapeshift the ice, water and snow into any weapon he wants like a gun, rifle, sword, hammer or tank. He can make any type of weapon he wants as long as there is enough snow, water and/or ice to make it. If there is a large chunk of snow, he can use it to make a Bazooka and have some spare snow as ammo. If he's out of ammo, he can shift the weapon into a machine gun. If that's out of ammo, he can transform it into a hand gun. If that's out of ammo, he can shape it into a dagger and just throw it. He cannot make ice out of thin air (and no, water vapour does not count) and he cannot use sea water because salt melts the ice (why do you see people pour salt on the icy roads?) Astroceros was a last minute decision on what to do with the Quickshot rhino thing since I made Black Rhino Ranger a knight. Since I don't think the Rhino mask suits for BRR, I thought it might suit better for a rhino in space.... like Astroceros.
